On the run, hiding in her grandmother’s attic and frantically recording a message to her loved ones telling her side of the story before she is arrested for stealing a priceless work of art: meet Wendy, telling potentially the last story she’ll ever tell. The more we hear (her friendship with artist Cat, and relationship with her struggling grandmother), the harder it is to tell if she’s flying or falling. An often hilarious, touching story of friendship, love, mental health and stealing priceless art. ‘An immensely engaging and appealing monologue with alternating moments of humour and pathos’ (Playwright Studio Scotland).
